How fast do you actually reply?
Within one business day, usually within a few hours. Our intake lead reads every inquiry personally, so you won't get a templated "a representative will reach out" response.
Do you work with startups, or only enterprise?
Both. About 40% of our active clients are seed-to-Series-B startups, 40% are mid-market, and 20% are enterprise. Minimum engagement is a single engineer for a month. There's no ceiling on the upper end.
What's the smallest project you'll take on?
For custom software, we start around $15k (e.g., a well-scoped MVP slice or a landing-page build). For staff augmentation, a single engineer for one month is our floor. Below that, it's hard to deliver quality without burning the margin.
Can I interview the engineers before committing?
Yes — every time. For staff aug, we send a shortlist of 2–3 vetted engineers. You interview them, pick your favorite, and can keep interviewing until you find the right fit. There's no charge for interviews.
What happens after I send the form?
Within a business day, you'll get a reply from a human with either: (1) a few clarifying questions, or (2) a link to book a 30-minute discovery call if it's clear we're a match.
From call to a concrete proposal is typically under a week.
Do you sign NDAs?
Always, if requested. Send yours and we'll sign before our first call. We also have our own mutual NDA template if you'd prefer to use a standard one.
Is there a minimum contract length for staff augmentation?
One month minimum, month-to-month after that. No long-term lock-in. For pod-based engagements, we typically quote 3-month minimum blocks because swapping a whole pod mid-sprint is disruptive for everyone.
