How quickly can I hire a Go engineer?
Typically 7–14 days from your initial inquiry to an onboarded engineer. Day 1 we scope, day 2–3 we shortlist, day 4–5 you interview, day 7 they start.

If none are a fit, we re-shortlist until they are. You only pay once an engineer starts billable work.
What if an engineer isn't the right fit?
Billing is month-to-month with one week's notice to cancel — you're never locked in.
First 90 days of an engagement: we'll replace the engineer at no cost — same process, new shortlist.
After 90 days: standard transition on your timeline with no penalties.
Do you offer part-time Go engineers?
Yes — minimum engagement is 20 hours/week. Below that it's hard to sustain context and quality for either side. Most clients start part-time and scale to full-time as the project grows.
Who owns the code your developers write?
